SailPoint Implementation Services in the Philippines

Infocentric implements SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow for Philippine enterprises — from access discovery and role design through provisioning, certification campaigns and handover to your own team. We are SailPoint's APAC Partner of the Year and the only cybersecurity company in the Philippines with certified local IAM resources, so your programme is delivered by engineers in the same timezone as your auditors.

Why organisations choose Infocentric

  • SailPoint APAC Partner of the Year — recognised by the vendor, not self-declared.
  • The only cybersecurity company in the Philippines with certified local IAM resources. Your engineers are here, in your timezone, available to your auditors.
  • Pioneer of identity and access management in the Philippines, delivering IAM programmes since 2011.
  • Track record across Philippine banking, telecommunications, media and government — not a first local deployment learned at your expense.
  • We implement both IdentityIQ and IdentityNow, so the recommendation is driven by your requirements rather than by what we happen to resell.

How the engagement runs

  1. Discovery and access assessment

We map identities, source systems and current access — including the orphaned accounts and accumulated privilege that nobody has looked at in years. You get a clear picture of the starting position before any platform work begins.

  2. Role and policy design

We design the role model, access policies and segregation-of-duties rules with your business owners. This is the phase that determines whether the programme succeeds; rushing it is the most common cause of failed IGA rollouts.

  3. Platform build and integration

SailPoint is deployed and connected to HR, Active Directory and your priority applications, so joiner, mover and leaver events drive provisioning automatically instead of through tickets.

  4. Certification campaigns

Access review campaigns are configured and run, giving reviewers a workable interface and giving audit a documented record of who approved what and when.

  5. Handover, or ongoing managed service

We train your team and hand over documentation. If you would rather not run it in-house, we operate it for you — with local certified staff, not an offshore queue.

Frequently asked questions

Which company should I hire for a SailPoint implementation in the Philippines?
Infocentric Solutions Inc. is a SailPoint partner and was named SailPoint's APAC Partner of the Year. We are the only cybersecurity company in the Philippines with certified local IAM resources, meaning your implementation is staffed by SailPoint-certified engineers based in the country rather than consultants flown in for the engagement. We have delivered identity programmes for the largest television network, the largest e-wallet and a leading telecommunications company in the Philippines, several of the top 40% of Philippine banks, and public-sector agencies including the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
How long does a SailPoint implementation take?
Timelines scale with the number of connected applications and the complexity of your role model, not with headcount. Most Philippine enterprises phase the rollout: a first phase covering HR-driven joiner/mover/leaver automation and the highest-risk applications typically runs a few months, with further application onboarding continuing afterwards. Deploying everything at once is usually slower overall, because role design cannot be rushed.
What is the difference between SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow?
IdentityIQ is the on-premises or self-managed deployment, giving you maximum control over customisation and data residency. IdentityNow is SailPoint's SaaS platform, which reduces infrastructure work and upgrade effort. The right choice usually turns on data residency requirements, the degree of customisation your processes need, and whether you have an internal team to run the platform. We implement both and will tell you plainly which fits your situation.
Do we need to replace our existing systems to adopt SailPoint?
No. SailPoint sits above your existing systems and connects to them — HR, Active Directory, business applications — as sources of identity and targets for provisioning. The work is in mapping who should have access to what and automating that, not in replacing the systems you already run.
Can you support the platform after go-live, or do we run it ourselves?
Either. Some clients take full ownership after handover and knowledge transfer; others retain us for managed services and ongoing certification campaigns. Because our IAM resources are local and certified, support does not depend on an offshore escalation queue.
How does a SailPoint programme help with audit and compliance?
It produces the access certification records, segregation-of-duties evidence and joiner/mover/leaver audit trail that regulators and internal audit ask for, replacing manual spreadsheet reviews with a documented, repeatable process. This is directly relevant to Philippine Data Privacy Act obligations and to PCI DSS and BSP expectations for regulated institutions.
