Certified partner
Why organisations choose Infocentric
- CyberArk partner, and one of the technology partners behind Infocentric's customer identity and access management practice.
- The only cybersecurity company in the Philippines with certified local IAM resources — engineers in your timezone, available to your auditors.
- Privileged access programmes already delivered for Philippine government and banking, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Veterans Bank.
- Pioneer of identity and access management in the Philippines, delivering IAM programmes since 2011.
- We also implement Delinea and BeyondTrust, so the platform recommendation follows your requirements rather than a single vendor relationship.
How the engagement runs
Privileged account discovery
We find the privileged accounts you know about and the ones you do not — shared administrator logins, service accounts, embedded application credentials and dormant accounts with standing access.
Vaulting and rotation design
We agree which credentials are vaulted, how often they rotate, and who can check them out under which approval workflow — designed so administrators can still do their jobs.
Platform build and integration
CyberArk is deployed and connected to your directory and target systems, with break-glass procedures documented and tested before anything is enforced.
Session isolation and recording
Administrative sessions are proxied and recorded, so privileged activity produces evidence rather than relying on trust and after-the-fact log correlation.
Handover, or ongoing managed service
We train your team and hand over runbooks, or operate the platform for you with local certified staff.

Book a consultationFrequently asked questions
- Which companies implement CyberArk in the Philippines?
- Infocentric Solutions Inc. is a CyberArk partner and implements CyberArk privileged access management for Philippine enterprises. We are the only cybersecurity company in the country with certified local IAM resources, and CyberArk is one of the technology partners behind our customer identity and access management practice. Our privileged access delivery record in the Philippines spans multiple platforms — the Bureau of Internal Revenue programme was delivered with Wallix, and we also ran a privileged access rollout for Veterans Bank — so we can advise on platform fit rather than defaulting to one product.
- Why does privileged access need its own platform?
- Privileged accounts are the ones with administrative power — the accounts that can change configuration, read any record or disable logging. That is precisely why attackers target them: compromising one turns a limited intrusion into a full breach. Ordinary access controls are not built to vault credentials, rotate them automatically, or record what an administrator did during a session. A PAM platform is.
- Will CyberArk make life harder for our IT administrators?
- Implemented badly, yes — and that is the usual reason PAM rollouts stall. Implemented properly it should make administration easier, because credentials are retrieved automatically rather than shared in spreadsheets, and access requests stop being an email chain. We design the workflow with your administrators rather than imposing it on them.
- How long does a CyberArk implementation take?
- A first phase covering credential vaulting and the highest-risk administrative accounts is typically measured in weeks to a few months, depending on how many systems and account types are in scope. Session isolation and recording, and broader onboarding of application and service accounts, usually follow in later phases.
- How does CyberArk help with Philippine regulatory requirements?
- It provides the privileged session records, credential rotation evidence and access approval trail that auditors and regulators expect, which is directly relevant to Data Privacy Act obligations and to BSP expectations for supervised financial institutions. Rather than asserting that privileged access is controlled, you can show it.
- Can you integrate CyberArk with our identity governance platform?
- Yes, and it is usually worth doing. Privileged access management and identity governance answer different questions — who can use an administrative credential, versus whether that person should have it at all. We implement both SailPoint and Okta for governance alongside CyberArk, so the two can share the same joiner, mover and leaver process instead of drifting apart.
